Review & decide on which custom category belongs in (¢ Basics, ¢ RTW, ¢ RTW Couture, ¢ Couture).  In the end, if you choose the wrong category, we will correct it when we contact you.

Thoroughly read & fill out the order form.

Once you’ve submitted your order, Couture HQ will contact you within 10 hours via Instagram to confirm the status of your order.

Once the order is confirmed we’ll start the payment process.

You will then be given a date for when we’ll start your custom.  Items will begin production on the start date; once finished we’ll send you photos of the final product.  This is the only time you can edit your custom.

Once you confirm your order, we will send it off to your IMVU Account along with 2 random gifts from our shop.
