What bodies do you work with?

Here at Coutura we have experience with pretty much all the bodies on IMVU.  We try our best to bring the highest quality with whatever body you choose.

Also, if the form does not list the body of your liking, you can easily input your body preference.  In the size area of the form, you can input the link to the desired body or you can simply input the body name.

Do you only make female clothing?

We specialize in female clothing & genetics, but we are capable of making almost anything you desire.  In the past, we’ve made male & children items.

Soon, our sister company “Déesse” will release Homes & Furniture.

 

 

Are you able to start customs the same day?

Customs cannot & will not be rushed.  We need at least 2 weeks prior to an event to process & create your custom.  We take pride in researching & taking our time on each product to give the best result!  Please do not wait until the last minute to submit an order or rush the process.

 

 

Can you make my custom look exactly like the picture sent?

Since 2014, our owner (Déesse) takes pride in making virtual clothing identical to the real-life design or image.  Unless you state otherwise, your custom will look as close as it can be to the original.

 

 

What is the estimated time to make a custom?

Each custom will have its own time frame.  Depending on the details of the garments or speed of the responses between us & the customer.

However, the average timeframe would be 2-4 days plus an extra day for peer review.

 

 

Do you wait for payment?

No, we take payments upfront.

Can you remake other users’ customs?

Absolutely not.  Each custom within “Déesse” & “Coutura” is locked sealed, protected & not up for resell.

Can I buy other users customs?

Same answer as above.

 

 

I’ve filled out the form & changed mind. 

Can I cancel my order?  Can I change my custom?

  1. You can cancel your order at any time before payment.

  2. The only opportunities you have to change your custom is: 1. Before you place your order, 2. The small grace period before we start your order (which is 2 days after the date ordered).

I made an error on my form, how do I fix that?

Whether it is a spelling or photo submission error, send your correction to Contact.Coutura@gmail.com.

Make sure the subject line states your Instagram Name & reason for the message.
